**Job Title: Operator** **Shift: 6:20am – 4:20pm (1** **st** **shift)** **Job Description** Working as part of the team in either an extrusion, top coating, or inspection role. You will be involved in the manufacturing of car products such as dashboard material and soft top convertible covers. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor machinery in the extrusion, top coating, or inspection process. + Ensure quality control and inspect products for defects. + Pack and label finished products accurately. + Maintain documentation related to production and inspection processes. + Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and general production. + Ability to stand on your feet for 10+ hours. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Strong attention to detail. + Comfortable with documentation tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work well in a team environment. + Open to working weekly overtime. **Why Work Here?** We offer reimbursement for steel toe shoes once permanent.
