**Job Title: Milling Operator Assistant** **Job Description** This is a 1st shift role working Monday-Thursday from 6am-4pm and Friday from 6am-3pm (with the potential to leave by 10am). The Milling Operator Assistant will be responsible for reading tape measures, understanding shop paperwork, and handling materials. This role involves lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. You will sometimes work with another person catching the material on the opposite side and other times you will work alone, which requires you to lean forward to grab the material independently. Additionally, you will assist with loading materials for the saw operator. **Responsibilities** + Read and understand tape measures and shop paperwork. + Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. + Work both independently and with a partner to handle materials. + Assist with loading materials for the saw operator. **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly, production, and manufacturing. + Proficiency in using hand tools. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Attention to detail. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior manufacturing experience. **Why Work Here?** Joining our team means being part of a supportive and dynamic work environment.
