Key Responsibilities：

IC&PKG 车间的现场操作，主要任务包括但不限于每批生产前的物料准备与检查、按工单顺序及 数据投加物料、过程取样、终产品灌装等。这些作业的精确实施是确保终产品质量合格并满足客户要求的关 键。

严格遵循生产现场的 EHS、质量控制的要求。操作 PLC 界面，严格地遵循生产的操作规程。控制投料过程，确保工艺参数符合混合单要求。需要时及时地调节现场控制参数或添加过程中所需要的原料。及时地更换、清理生产系统的过滤器。按要求准时正确地从现场混取样并送 QC 分析。定时地检查、监视现场的设备运行状况。按产品规格实施批次的产品灌装工作。按要求正确无误地填写定义的各种操作记录。保持与领班的联系，确保过程参数得到有效的控制。接受轮班主操作员的工作任务安排及其它任务。维持一个安全清洁的生产现场。

Qualifications

高中或中专以上学历，能接受倒班工作，能从事一定程度的体力作业有一定的安全和质量意识二年或以上的化工企业单元操作经验优先善于沟通，工作认真负责，注重团队合作
