Key Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out refractory-related tasks while maintaining high competence levels. Conduct process sampling and testing to ensure product quality. Identify operational limitations and report to the shift supervisor. Implement immediate measures to prevent environmental releases, safety hazards, and production losses. Identify and report abnormal equipment behavior to the shift supervisor. Education:
College Diploma in Refractory Material and Installation. Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a heavy chemical or refractory process industry. Prior experience in a similar role is essential. Can only come from refractory in a smelter as this is highly specialized. CHIETA training is a plus
