This role will involve training across the business: Account receivable and accounts payable, project management and customer service, CED credit, warehouse, and management in solving customer needs and verifying billing accuracy. You will have an experienced team to help you along the way. As with any position at Royal it is important to understand our client’s needs and help us exceed our clients’ expectations. In this role, you will also be responsible for directing customer phone calls, meaning you will be a vital part of the client experience.
