• Level 1: Estimated hourly base pay: $18.73 (minimum) - $23.41 (midpoint) - $28.09 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

This position will be responsible for a variety of procedures and tasks to keep the manufacturing operations and materials flowing through our processes to meet customer demands. What You Will Be Doing:
• Reading, interpreting and following appropriate work instructions in order to successfully receive, clean, machine, assemble, join, treat, handle and test parts.
• Supporting members, department and the organization by performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, stocking, shipping, washing, inspecting, buffing and polishing.
• Utilizing computer programs, including web-based systems, to enter part data, log time, and look up information in order to complete assigned work tasks.
• Conducting inspection techniques by using various inspection tools and equipment to ensure customer and company specifications are met
• Verifying the calibration/expiration dates of test equipment and writing non-conformance reports (NCR's) when necessary.
• Performing Special Process operations including bonding and braze
• Completing assembly processes including but not limited to assemble, install, align, adjust, and fit sub-assemblies and parts or auxiliary equipment
• Using appropriate tools and equipment in an industrial setting to complete assembly and manufacturing processes
• Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending and lifting or moving objects.
• Work is performed in area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.
• May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.
What we are looking for:
• Previous special process/brazing experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge and ability to read and interpret blueprints is strongly preferred
• Willing to learn new and challenging processes and techniques
• Able to communicate effectively both written and oral to all levels of personnel
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.)
Level 1:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous Special Process/Brazing operations experience is highly preferred
Level 2:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a similar role (Special Process/Brazing operations) is required
