Operations Team Member

To meet busy production demands, we are inviting applications for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Production Team at our Smithton site.

About the Role

Working to achieve the daily production schedules across the plant, the successful candidate will be hard working, driven and flexible. You will learn various tasks associated with the production of potato products at the Smithton plant. Tasks may include, but not limited to operating machinery and processes, quality assessing, forklift operating, cleaning and inspection. Full training will be provided.

Strong commitment to working safelyAvailability to work across our 24-hour shift profileFlexibility to perform different roles Demonstrated ability to work as part of a teamStrong communication skills with the ability to think logically and quickly, sometimes under pressure
