Effectively support FGO Operations by arranging cost-effective and efficient travel for field-based staff, preparing clear and concise communications, and assisting in planning and coordinating conferences and team meetings.
➢Oversee the office supply vendor, serve as the primary liaison, and ensure- seamless communication between FGO and The Supply Room.
➢Meticulously maintain legal correspondence, manage both electronic and paper files, and ensure compliance with records retention for all corporate store locations.
➢Community Events- proactively build strong relationships with new organizations, confidently organize weekly events, and provide thorough training to stores on the program.
➢Serve as an exceptional resource for FGO, including concierge services, problem solving, trouble shooting supply/product issues.
➢Develop a keen knowledge of roadblocks, issues and crises that hamper FGO stores execution of company standards. Take action or recommend solutions where needed.
➢Actively search out opportunities to “make life easier” on FGO Operations teams.
Education & Experience:
\n\n2 year college Degree required, 4 year Degree preferred.\n4+ years experience in the Administrative workspace, with exposure to all levels of the business.\n
