**Description**
Plans, directs, and coordinates the operational and tactical activities of individuals responsible for the delivery of information processing and telecommunications services. Establishes objectives and plans for the team’s operations; identifies and assembles the optimal combination of personnel, technologies, and methodologies to meet current and near-term requirements; translates organizational objectives into work plans; creates contingency plans to meet changes in business circumstances
Core responsibilities and duties; highlight day-to-day activities:
+ Manage staffing reporting and oversee all steps of the staffing process, working with hiring managers, recruiters and the DOT team
+ Excellent Microsoft office skills including Microsoft access
+ Ability to manage work and deliverables in a fast paced environment. Communicate effectively and respectfully across teammates and the DOT customer and maintain a positive outlook
+ Detail oriented leader who can follow manage multiple reports; review existing processes to ensure efficient execution.
+ Able to support PMO lead and work effectively with other PMO team members. Work directly with finance and the second staffing team member.
**Qualifications**
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years relevant work experience in leading business operations4 years’ experience as a resource management or accounting with direct experience managing a federal contract.
_Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years and_ t _he ability to obtain a public trust_
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
