Job Title: Operations Office Process and Support Administrator
Location: Field Office
Job Summary: The Operations Office Process and Support Administrator will perform administrative duties in support of the Operations group to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Manage a variety of tasks daily with deadlines. Monitor the facility to provide a safe and secure environment. Provide outstanding customer service for corporate, field and store associates. Work collaboratively with Store Operations and corporate departments to execute project specific tasks.
Principal Duties:
Administer and maintain daily, weekly and monthly functions for satellite office locations; including but not limited to: office supply ordering and stock, communicate and coordinate facilities and office equipment maintenance needs, meeting room scheduling and upkeep. Maintain and upkeep beverage, coffee and break area supplies. Execute ordering/invoicing processing through COUPA.Support Store Operations Field Management teams with varied administrative requests, as directed through Supervision.Attend Regional Team Meeting and varied off-site events as scheduled to provide support to the Directors with items such as, but not limited to, running presentations, handling venue issues, helping to organize event.Occasional travel to other regional offices to help support and manage upkeep of the facility.Administration of projects assigned across administrators included but not limited to: GM Photo process; Local Marketing program, Meet the Talent scheduling coordination, Store Operation Alignment & Expense reporting. Execute tasks related to Uniform ordering/invoicing programComplete booking request for Store Operations travel i.e.: hotel, air and car rental. Partner with new market/adjacent managers to execute the travel needs for newly relocated associates. Source and secure meeting locations as needed. Execute through P-Card purchases, coding, tracking and reported as directed.Other administrative tasks assigned that may include weekend duty reporting, payroll reclass processing, and parking program.Greet operations office guests, visitors and callers professionally and courteously. Notify appropriate associates when guests arrive and handle unexpected visitors or situations that require immediate attention while ensuring Wawa’s Safety and Security standards are maintained.Ability to handle sensitive associate and/or company information in a confidential manner and with discretion.Essential Functions:
