**Date Posted:** 2025-03-27 **Country:** Philippines **Location:** Lot 18 3rd Street, First Philippine Industrial Park, Tanauan City, Batangas, Philippines **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **Responsibilities:** + Ensure attainment of Daily and Monthly Delivery plan through effective planning and monitoring of production. + Manage all technician assigned to section by providing them daily, weekly, monthly production plan that will guide them in attaining manufacturing target. + Ensure team compliance to Standard Operating Procedure, process specifications and operating parameters. + Initiate investigation on any process deviation, operation abnormalities and outline counter measure to prevent recurrence. + Conduct regular line audit and ensure Quality Management System is being implemented and continuously updated. + Conduct regular performance evaluation of all direct reports based on established standards. + Responsible for skills development of all staff by outlining an effective training plan and conducting training update. Maintain a training skills matrix and skills improvement plan for the team. + Support and implement quality programs, maintain quality documentation. + Closely work with manufacturing engineering to ensure updated and standard procedures are implemented regarding manufacturing practice. + Ensure that company property and resources are not wasted and used appropriately, assist manufacturing programs to reduce costs through efficient material use, or offer alternatives. + Ensure 100% compliance to Environment, Health, Safety and Security program by the company. + Promote open communication between management and manufacturing staff to promote a healthy relationship between management and employees. + Implement discipline in line based on applicable standard and company policies. + Real time problem resolution and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management. + Pulse survey participation, listening to feedback and driving improvement actions. + Leads and conducts meetings / reviews and prepares information to communicate the status of the programs to internal and external customers. + Adheres to corporate policy, ethics and compliance and standard procedures implemented by the company. + Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience with knowledge of technical or operational practices for Assembly process + With strong leadership skills + Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. + Experience in Lean Manufacturing assembly process. + Proficient in problem-solving methodologies such as A3, RRCA, PDCA + Organizational skill with the ability to handle multiple priorities. + Proficient in MS Office applications. + Can work with minimum supervision. + Has excellent people management skills Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
