The Wave supervisor is responsible forallocating orders, releasing work to the warehouse floor, balancing workflow, and ensuring inbound and outbound truck turn times are within acceptable levels to meet customer needs.

Requirements

\n\nBachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred\nOperations background\n1-2 years logistics industry experience\n1-3 years experience in lead/supervisor/management role\nMeets corporate competency model requirements\nObjective setting\nOrganizational skills\nStaff management\nWorkload planning\nPreventative maintenance routines\nFacility management (i.e., maintenance, sanitation, etc.)\nInterviewing skills\nCommunication skills\nPeople skills\nFluency in English and Spanish preferred\nProduction planning prefered\nProficiency in using Manhattan WMi required.\n

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred

• 0-3 years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, required

• 1-2 years logistics industry experience preferred

• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, required

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, required
