Operations Supervisor Transdev in Vallejo, Ca. is hiring an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor assists the Operations Manager in all aspects of the daily location functions. Key Responsibilities: Monitor Daily Operations both Fixed Route and Paratransit.Direct and develop Dispatchers and Road Supervisors on monitoring and tracking vehicles and drivers while the service area with the use of all technology including Connexionz, Swiftly, Transtrack, Amor, and other technology furnished by Transdev and Soltrans.Investigating and closing Customer Complaints and Inquiries in a timely manner.Monitoring service and meeting On Time Performance targets.Supervising Dispatcher and ensuring buses are assigned in a timely manner.Managing Routes and Schedules including providing route recommendations.Assisting with the Run Pick processResponsible scheduling in Dispatchers and Road Supervisor coverage.Provide reports as required.Responsible on providing training to all Dispatcher and Road Supervisor including new hire non-union personnel.Coaching or counseling employees as required.Responsible for the check-in process of drivers including fitness for duty inspection, uniform and credential check, and assignment of busesOther Duties as designated by Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid CDL A or B with Passenger endorsement Prior supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
