Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to: + Determine and reconcile discrepancies of policy information between Merrill Lynch and the insurance carrier + Maintenance of insurance and annuity products to ensure records reflect accurately on Merrill Lynch statements and client/financial advisor online views + Perform statistical reporting for team and management review + Reconciliation of revenue and commissions Education/Certification Requirements: + High School Diploma Experience requirements: + Experience with Annuity/Insurance Products + Ability to prioritize and handle multiple job-related duties in a deadline-oriented environment + **2+ years of banking/financial operations experience required** + Proficient with MS Office Suite Note: **This role is an onsite role in Jacksonville, FL** **Pay Details:** $22.12 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
