Position Overview
The Operations Specialist partners directly with ActionLink's Account Team on specific client merchandising projects. The Operations Specialist maintains all aspects and timelines of project operations within the assigned program to meet Key Performance Indicators. The Operations Specialist works closely with the client and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of programs. This is a visible and client-facing role, with key responsibilities related to establishing and maintaining the strategic and tactical execution of program objectives.
Primary responsibilities of this role include strong relationship building, conducting comprehensive business analysis, communicating results, and developing/recommending and implementing process improvements. This role also serves as a day-to-day point of contact for program execution for clients and cross-functional teams.

Key point of contact and decision-making authority for the execution of client project objectivesAchieve key performance indicators for given projects by setting and managing all timelines with the clientMeet and interface directly with client to develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are metCollaborate, communicate, and partner with all cross-functional teams to provide successful resultsMake the strategic and corresponding tactical changes required to achieve the revised program timelinesCommunicate program goals, provide written communication and project oversight for all details within ActionLink management systemsStructure and execute project-specific quality assurance analysisAssist with fulfillment orders and administration when neededReport program performance results and initiate continuous improvementsAdhere to the guidelines of the ActionLink Travel and Expense PoliciesThe Talent We are Seeking
Minimum 2 year college degree in relevant business discipline preferredAccount management or relevant business operations experience with direct client interactionAbility to build and foster business relationships at multiple levelsSkilled at collaborating and problem solving with demonstrated critical thinking skillsProven time management and organizational skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong proficiency with Microsoft ExcelPhysical Requirements
