Those in talent and development strategy at PwC will focus on identifying and developing talent to enable the Firm's strategy. Informed by market developments and people data, including strategic workforce plans, you will develop strategies to enhance employee skills, knowledge and experience. You will play a critical role in identifying and responding to the skills gaps within the Firm's current and future workforce as well as working with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth that supports the attraction, retention and development of talent.

About the Role

As the SEAC HQ location point of contact, there is a focus on building a sense of community across the SEAC HQ teams to foster collaboration, team building, and a positive work culture. This role involves serving as a local mentor to SEAC HQ Senior Managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development and integration within the organization. This initiative aims to strengthen the internal network and improve overall team dynamics.Meeting with the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) to start the necessary actions, conducting a detailed review of the mother firm's policies to ensure their suitability for SEAC's business and people.Identify policies that require strong agreements or pose risks, as well as those where SEAC might prefer deviations due to business relevance.Conduct a detailed review of the mother firm policies to ensure their suitability for SEAC's business and people.Identify policies that require strong agreements or pose risks, as well as those where SEAC might prefer deviations due to business relevance.Oversee the development of a business case that would enable the Partners to make an informed decision for the best outcome for PwC Consulting Philippines.Align the finance system with either the mother firm or SEAC, ensuring better integration and efficiency.Oversee the Operations team and provide strategic direction to improve overall operational efficiency.

About You

Candidate must be college degree graduateHas at least 10 years' relevant experience in operations administration.Regional and consulting work experience is a great advantage.Should have good leadership experience.Can execute strategic approach and with strong stakeholder management.Amenable to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati City.
