Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Processor for a client in Des Moines. This role is crucial in our Finance transformation journey and requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively operate within a cross-functional, process-oriented organization. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently processing changes to orders • Ensuring the accuracy of wholesale equipment orders upon entry • Collaborating with the procurement and sales departments for smooth operations • Escalating issues appropriately for a quick and effective resolution • Regularly updating and refining order entry instructions and standard operating procedures • Coordinating with various internal teams such as project support, sales, and production to communicate issues • Working closely with the production and procurement teams to guarantee timely completion of orders. Requirements • Ability to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively. • Experience in Data Processing is essential. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must. • Ability to handle various Accounting Functions effectively. • Knowledge and understanding of Budget Processes are required. • Experience in Check Processing is essential.
