The Operations Excellence team is a part of Intelligent Data Management organization, a diverse, global organization dedicated to realizing trusted data within SAP. Our primary responsibility lies in governing and delivering high-quality data products and data services, ensuring their seamless integration into business processes. By fostering robust data governance and management strategies, we empower a data-driven enterprise, enabling stakeholders worldwide with accurate and reliable data to drive informed decisions and strategic insights.

 

SUMMARY & ROLE INFORMATION
We seek a Data Operations Process Owner to own and drive a part of our service offering focused on Customer Account Maintenance data processes. In this role, the individual will be responsible for making sure that the owned processes are efficient, documented and continuously improving as well as consistently running across our operations landscape.
 
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS  

Responsible for designing, streamlining, standardization and optimization initiatives within the owned process scope including strong automation drive Responsible for adapting required changes coming from strategic projects and governance level in the owned processes. Responsible for monitoring the performance quality of the owned processes. Engaging with stakeholders to understand the needs towards the processes (incl. internal and external to IDM). Interact with the involved units and make sure that knowledge and understanding flows freely. Build a vision for owned processes and drive its execution to ensure a fit-for purpose process applying governance in daily business. Be the SPOC for the owned processes in terms of updates, changes, and documentation.

 
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Experience in data management field is preferred. Experience in sales supporting roles is preferred Systematic approach to problem solving. Understanding of process management approaches is a plus. Ability to work in fast-paced environment and managing competing deadlines. SAP CRM systems experience is a plus. Fluency in English
