Job Description

The Operations Manager – Manohora Cruise is responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our luxury cruise experience. This role requires a highly experienced hospitality professional with a background in luxury cruise management, fine dining, or premium hospitality services. TThe Operations Manager – Manohora Cruise must be approachable, service-oriented, and detail-focused, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with maritime regulations. Key responsibilities include overseeing service excellence, managing the onboard team, optimizing revenue, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors to maintain the highest quality standards.

QualificationsProven experience in luxury cruise operations, hospitality management or high-end dining experiences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English; Thai language skills are an advantage.Strong leadership with an approachable, warm, and professional presence.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
