Our client is presently looking for an Operations Manager to be based in the Westrand Our client currently runs or supplies rewards/ benefits/ value added services programmes/ solutions to many of South Africas leading businesses
Requirements
Appropriate tertiary qualification/ degree
5 years plus verifiable experience as an operations manager
Skill and experience in implementing new accounts / programmes
Skill and experience in managing call centre and noncall centre staff
Skill and experience in analysing programme participation and utilization data identifying trends and reporting on analytical observations and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders
Experience / involvement with software / systems development from a nontechnical / highlevel perspective
Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate to both internal and external audiences
Excellent expectation management skills
Excellent multitasking skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when these issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations
Computer Knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office
CRM software
Case Management software
Project Management software
Call Centre Telephony inbound and outbound
Workforce Management software
