Your mission as a Project Manager

Your main role will be to ensure the success and performance of your project. You will be responsible for:

1. Project management :

Guarantee the quality of customer relations by achieving the objectives set with management.Analyze project performance indicators (profitability, volume, quality) and define necessary action plans.Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, NF345, LRS).Manage setups of new activities and ensure availability of human and technical resources.

2. Customer relationship management:

Prepare and lead customer meetings (COPROD, COPIL) and site visits.Ensure clear and regular reporting, while adding value to the project.

3. Team management and development:

Manage, motivate and support your supervisors and their teams to ensure they develop their skills.Identify training needs and contribute to talent retention.Communicate the company's values and strategy while maintaining a collaborative work environment.

The profile we're looking for

We're looking for talent with :

At least 3 years' higher education.Significant project management experience, ideally in a call center environment.Solid data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.The ability to take on challenges, make proposals and rally people around common objectives.Language skills: French and English fluency written and verbal
