Our Energy division is seeking a Operations Manager/Culture Development Lead, for a long term Maintenance Contract, this key leadership role will be based in at Site in Darwin on a Monday to Friday basis relocation support may be available.

This is a challenging and dynamic role within an operational environment, where you will need excellent interpersonal skills to be successful. This is a full time, permanent opportunity within a high performance team. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead from the front in promoting a culture of achievement and team development, with a strong focus on safety culture & capability development and genuine commitment Provide leadership and direction to achieve business objectives and operational targets. Ensure achievement of contract deliverables Partner with operational and business support managers to successfully deliver functional area strategies, objectives & initiatives Manage specific teams and project delivery requirements Foster and manage relationships with customers and subcontract partners Build a culture that ensures and reinforces compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, key systems, policy or guidelines Provide advice and assistance to the business including review of work scopes as well as delivery capability and capacity to successfully execute the work

Qualifications & experience

You will need a minimum of 5 years-experience in a similar role (maintenance focus preferred) with strong commercial acumen. Experience working on an operational process plant and demonstration of knowledge of process safety is preferred Excellent people skills, with demonstrated leadership including the ability to facilitate delivery excellence, team collaboration, whilst working autonomously.
