Play a vital role for our customers
As an Operations Manager, you will lead customer-facing Artificial Lift System projects and contract execution. Taking ownership for accomplishing project objectives by planning and executing project activities, you will coordinate across multiple businesses. Leading the project team you will execute projects effectively and efficiently.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the project’s profitability and revenue is deliveredEnsuring to deliver the project on committed timelinesMaintaining, leading and developing the project execution process, from quotation request, through contract award to project closeoutServing as the primary customer contact, developing relationships and managing contracts effectivelyManaging project risk, including change/supplier management, resolving issues and ensuring quality of on-time and on-budget deliveryReporting on progress, communicating internally and externally and knowledge-sharing across projects to ensure and inform best practiceFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Equivalent Be accredited in Project Management or having industry experience running the operations.Possess interest and awareness of digital technology and its application in the Engineering fieldBe able to show experience and understanding of design process management when delivering/communicating project presentations to customers Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise mannerDemonstrate good commercial awareness, excellent leadership skills and an adaptable working styleWork in a way that works for you
