Partner with the best

The Operations Manager will perform lead daily operations of our Nailsea plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. They will develops an operational year plan for site manufacturing activities. They will also suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.
 

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

Executing production according to the appropriate instructions

Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures

Handling standardized manufacturing processes

Providing guidelines for choosing the right actions

implementing processes and procedures which are frequently updated by other functions into the department

Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million


Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED)

Be an experienced manufacturing professional with established experience in operations management

Have experience working in a Lead manufacturing environment

Have stronger interpersonal and leadership skills.
