Key Responsibilities:

Driving operational excellence & performanceGrowing the business by delivering an increase in revenue and value for the businessExecuting strategies to improve your teams’ overall performanceLeading a team of Assistant Managers/Team Leaders to perform effectively against set targets/KPIsLeading interventions in your campaign that deliver cultural change and transformation within the businessManaging change by ensuring that your teams are fully prepared through effective leadership, coaching and supportWorking closely with HR, Training and QA to support the journey of new startersImplementing resource and contingency arrangementsClient liaisonProcess ownership and improvement

Qualifications

Matric/Grade 12

Additional Information

2 years' minimum experience in an operational management role in a contact center

Utilities experience beneficial

UK client experience beneficial
