Improve operations systems and processes to support the company’s visionPerform regular reviews of key operational metricsReview workflows to ensure teams are following properly and are within the company’s standardsManage large and small Operation projectsDevelop and maintain project plans, resource utilization schedules, and budget materials for projects and operational activities Closely monitor project resources, tasks, risks, issues, and milestones and make course corrections when necessary, using change control procedures Establish communication procedures with stakeholders and engage with all levels of organizationConduct project meetings and responsible for project tracking and analysisEnsures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business (or related field) and/or equivalent combination of experience and educationMinimum of 4 years relevant work experience preferredKnowledge of the P&C insurance industry requiredAdvanced user of Microsoft Office suite, particularly ExcelMust be self-motivated with the initiative to take on a variety of tasksAbility to apply analytical skills, creative problem solving, and conflict resolution to daily tasksStrategic mindset with ability to provide deliverables and build strong partnerships with key cross functional leadershipExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompensation:
