Strategy and Planning

Support Account Leadership Team with the development and execution of Account StrategyPartner with Account Leadership Team to manage effective internal and client facing partnership frameworkSupport C&W Corporate programs including Account's dedicated HR, Procurement, Finance, BI Reporting, and Compliance teamsPartner with Account Leadership Team to ensure governance process is in place for all Key Performance Indicators and other contract compliance obligationsSupport account-wide initiatives, programs and ad-hoc projects as needed 

Partnership and Cross Functional Collaboration 

Support a highly collaborative work environment and drive holistic decision making through coordination and communication of the Account Leadership Team Collaborate closely with Account Leadership Team to understand new or changing business demands and adjust or develop Business Operations processes, communications and analysis to support  Partner with support functions (Finance, People Operations, Technology & Analytics and Procurement) to deliver integrated Business Operations support to the account team  

Communication and Process

Create executive-level presentations and reporting packages on complex strategic and operational topicsOrganize, assist, oversee and lead internal meetings and events, including the development of the agenda and schedulesFoster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for improvement, developing creative solutions for complex problems and ensuring effective delivery of solutions

Business Acumen and Critical Thinking

Creatively solve complex problems with innovative, effective and simple solutionsDevelop meaningful analysis to drive business insights and provide actionable recommendations  Coordinate across multiple support functions and service lines to solve cross functional problems holistically  

People Management

Develop Business Operations team to deliver effective operational support across all groups on the Account Provide leadership, mentoring and supervision to the staffEnsure team members are engaged, motivated and highly productive Support training efforts to ensure talent is consistently being elevatedPartner with Human Resources to recruit, manage and retain talentEnsure company policies are adhered to and oversee annual people processes, including offer letters, mid-year and annual reviews, promotions, merit increases, bonuses, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of studyMaster’s degree is preferred10+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a strong mix of people management, process development & implementation, compliance, analytics, communications and strategy

Minimum requirements

Ability to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing and complex environment  Ability to prioritize across multiple projects, initiatives and deliverables Organized and detail orientedAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and keen judgmentStrong business acumen and analytical skills to comprehend complex business problems and ability to develop simple yet innovative solutions to address Ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $127,500.00 - $150,000.00
