We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Operations Manager** **Responsibilities:** + Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the coordination of lean manufacturing programs. + Lead the implementation of best practices through error-proofing systems. + Manage the plant’s tooling (spare parts) budget. + Coordinate daily operations to ensure on-time deliveries to customers. + Improve equipment and machinery uptime through effective preventive maintenance coordination. + Develop high-potential candidates for key positions through performance evaluations and talent reviews. + Prepare capital expenditure requests for the implementation of major projects focused on modernization and automation. + Implement scrap reduction programs and track progress. + Oversee plant personnel to meet productivity and operational requirements. + Prepare and submit reports to the Plant Manager regarding operational activities. + Participate in regular meetings with production, engineering, and maintenance teams. + Communicate strategic and operational activities aimed at achieving company objectives. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with team leadership responsibilities—or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + Proficiency in English (written and verbal). + Strong attention to detail in manufacturing environments. + Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies. + Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality management standards. + Ability to work effectively across multiple organizational levels. + Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality results. + Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team environment. + Legal authorization to work in Mexico (no sponsorship will be provided for this position). **Onsite Work Arrangement:** This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
