Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across departments Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices Manage operational budgets and resources to maximize cost-efficiency Lead a team, providing mentorship and driving performance Monitor supply chain and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and quality control Analyze and create KPIs, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Ensuring client follow-up is maintained

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain or operations

 

Criteria

5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role in the exports industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities Expertise in operational software (ERP, CRM) and Microsoft Office Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 Salary

R40’000 – R60’000
