Delaware North Sportservice is hiring Operations Management Interns to join our team at Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati, Ohio.

 

Are you an undergraduate or graduate student seeking an internship in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with real-world learning opportunities? Delaware North internships are paid and can be completed for academic credit. Summer internship dates typically span 10-14 weeks between: May to August.

Responsibilities Assist management with:Supervising and coordinating activities of associates on a per-shift basis, including training and enforcing work procedures and service standardsManaging the department staffing scheduleAnalyzing and resolving all problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of managementEstimating, requesting, and inspecting supplies and inventoryEnsuring the accuracy of all deliveriesPartnering with chefs and other back-of-house associates
