Operations Lead (Alpha Bio Tec.)
**Job Description:** The **Operations Lead for Alpha Bio Tec.** is responsible for managing essential service operational needs of Alpha Bio Tec. operating company within Envista. This role assures seamless delivery of team´s assigned processes, reflects on organizational requirements, identifies process, system and quality efficiencies, drives project implementation, continuous improvements and supports the organization with projects delivery. This position works closely with both everyday Customers and Business Stakeholders. **Operations Lead for Alpha Bio Tec.** is accountable for the following areas: • **Customer Service team Management:** + Build, lead, coach and supervise a team covering Customer Service for assigned countries. + Ensure that Alpha Bio Tec. is a reliable, professional and responsive partner for all customers. + Secure and follow up on high standard of Customer Experience (order management, phone calls coverage, backups, professional customer approach). + Distribute and organize the daily workload, take charge of escalations. + Secure process documentation and training materials. + Hold regular meetings, one to ones, daily management and report out sessions. + Excellent team player with a strong service and delivery mentality. • **Project Management:** + Facilitate various projects connected with Alpha Bio Tec. strategic initiatives. + Review assigned projects, define the scope, develop schedule, time estimation, and sequencing. + Maintain strong connection with project team members and stakeholders. + Create efficient follow up meeting structure. + Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in field such as testing and development. + Support project documentation. + Positively motivate others for delivery without direct reporting lines. + Follow up on deadlines and address potential issues when they arise. + Ensure regular reporting and project tracking to deliver and stabilize all transition projects within required timeframes, along with subsequent ongoing reporting on site progress thereafter. + Work closely with EBSL to ensure EBS culture can be measured, monitored and sustained in the long-term. + Build excellent relationship with stakeholders. _This Job is also suitable for persons with disabilities; attendance required – disabled-accessible building._ \#LI-EU1 **Job Requirements:** + Advanced in SAP, Excel, knowledge of Tableau an advantage. + Proven leadership, coaching skills. + Experience with project management. + High knowledge of order to cash process. + High customer orientation. + Language knowledge: excellent English, Italian or French an advantage. + Stress resistance, strong structure, proactiveness and goal orientation. + Attention to detail and accuracy. + Adapt easily to changing environments and system enhancements. **Operating Company:** Corporate Envista is a global family of more than 30 trusted dental brands, united by a shared purpose: to partner with professionals to improve lives.
