ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : What You Will Do + Assist with day-to-day operations tasks, including but not limited to: + Inventory management and tracking + Order processing and fulfillment + Logistics coordination + Data entry and analysis + Support the operations team in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across departments. + Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the operations manager or supervisor. + Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operations activities. + Assist with other operational tasks and projects as needed. + Assistance with work order entries. + Submitting invoices for the department. + Assisting the Operations team during events.
