Your work will have a direct effect on ensuring contract compliance, shaping the trajectory of the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Operating Unit. Roles and Responsibilities: + Serve as the SharePoint site administrator for Integrated Air and Missile Defense Operating Unit (IAMD OU). + Manage Common Access Card (CAC) coordination and tracking for multiple contracts (both KBR and subcontractor employees) to include interfacing with US Government (USG) CAC Trusted Agents. + Manage required training per USG contracts for KBR IAMD OU employees on two contracts with later expansion to all IAMD OU contracts (~550 personnel). + Administration of the KBR Systems Engineering Academy. + Directly assist audit preparation for IAMD OU contracts. + Contribute to business development initiatives. + Develop IAMD OU written processes and procedures based on Director guidance and stakeholder input. May also develop written Division processes and procedures. + Other duties as assigned by IAMD OU senior management. Basic Qualifications: + US Citizen with active Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one + Bachelor's Degree in relevant field: administration, project management or business + 5+ years of professional experience + High Microsoft Office Suite proficiency + Microsoft SharePoint proficiency + Experience in data interpretation, data analysis and data management + Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities + Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills + Willingness to work on business development initiatives Preferred Qualifications: + Master’s degree in relevant field: administration, project management, or business + 10+ years of experience working with US Army Air and Missile Defense programs + Previous experience working on business development initiatives Belong, Connect and Grow at KBRAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
