Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations General Manager in Miami, FL.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
* Lead and manage a team of 30+ employees, including operations, sales, and IT staff
* Build a positive and accountable team culture focused on collaboration and growth
* Oversee hiring, training, and performance management processes to maintain a high-performing workforce
Operations Management:
* Optimize workflows, processes, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency
* Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory control, and adherence to safety standards
Financial Oversight:
* Manage budgets and ensure profitability targets are achieved for the Orlando location
* Monitor financial performance through regular reporting and analysis
* Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service standards
Strategic Planning and Collaboration:
* Align local operations with the company's strategic goals and initiatives
* Work closely with other Managers to share best practices and foster innovation
* Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence in Orlando and surrounding areas
