How you will make an Impact at HSM?

\n

In this role, you will be part of an international team that ensures smooth and efficient procurement operations for hotels across Europe. Your work will focus on improving processes, supporting key projects, and finding opportunities to add value for our hotel partners. By helping streamline operations and contributing to meaningful initiatives, you will play a vital part in enhancing the service and solutions we offer to our customers.

Therefore, your role is important and below are key responsibilities that make your work unique.

\n\nOperational Coordination: supporting business activities, both from a Procurement and Customer Engagement perspective \nProject & Process Management: support the planning and execution of key projects and initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions for increased efficiency. Maintain databases, records, and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.\nCommunication & Collaboration through preparing internal and external communications. Support onboarding of new team members and optimizing hotels customer onboarding’s.\nProcurement Activities through sourcing and vendor management supporting our field procurement and category management teams in cross-country tenders\nData Analytics and Process optimization by providing actionable insights for the team to drive operational efficiency and assist in identifying areas for improvement and support the implementation of these initiatives. \nStrengthen our ESG efforts through new spend areas with opportunity for HSM to manage and drive incremental HSM revenues\nAdministrative Support: preparing, reviewing and distributing reports, updates and presentations.\nProblem Solving & Ad-hoc through addressing immediate operational issues\n\n

\n\nYou are genuinely interested in hospitality, proactive, and ready to take ownership in a dynamic environment. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships will help you succeed in this role.\nYou are fluent in English and an effective communicator as you will collaborate with stakeholders across different regions. Additionally, you have sufficient knowledge of Microsoft tools and basic analytical skills to support procurement processes and data-driven decisions.\nYou are a graduate in Hospitality, Facility Management, Business administration or a related field.\n\n
