Responsible for installation, configuration, management, monitoring, and operations of company conditional access and factory activation facilities. Act as 24x7 Tier II support via on-call rotation with team members. Monitor health, resolve incidents, and perform processing of company Radio components at worldwide production sites. Follow standard operating procedures, incident management, and escalate to appropriate Subject Matter Experts for all conditional access and factory activation systems. Specify and request changes to the development and production environments. Work with various stakeholders in a cross functional environment for correcting or reestablish services to minimize subscriber issues. Also responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating processes and procedures to ensure the best possible customer experience in a constantly evolving environment
