About the Role
 

As an Operation Engineer, you'll maintain and optimize production infrastructure, design automation scripts, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure service continuity.
 

Responsibilities
 

Designing and implementing system automation scripts and toolsAssisting with troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issuesMaintaining service continuity and carrying out necessary automationMonitoring and maintaining critical infrastructure for high availability and performanceInvestigating and diagnosing operational problems and implementing corrective actionsUtilizing data analytics to monitor system performance and inform decision-makingUnderstanding critical issues and local business needsDeveloping new solutions and proposing ideas to improve tools and processes

Requirements
 

Cultivate a growth and continuous improvement mindsetBe customer service oriented with essential rigor and curiosityBe proficient in a scripting language such as bash/powershell/pythonBe able to work with databases (simple SQL queries) or XML contentBe capable of implementing quality controls with scripting or PostmanHave the ability to automate processesBe open to collaboration with other data science and data engineer teamsBe willing to work in an agile methodology environment
