Responsibilities

As an Operations Engineer with Hines, you will operate and maintain all building equipment and systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Perform preventative maintenance work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related equipmentTroubleshoot operations failures and re-establish building services under minimal supervisionSupervise maintenance work as needed Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

 

High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institutionTwo or more years of commercial HVAC or related experienceStrong mechanical aptitudeCompensation: $57,762 - $72,203; 3% Bonus PoolBenefits Information: https://www.hines.com/careers/locations/usa Closing
