We are seeking an Operations Delivery Manager to join us in one of our Client’s regional locations (Charlotte or Raleigh, NC; St Petersburg, FL; Cincinnati, OH; Indianapolis, IN). This individual will report to the account team’s Operations Director and will provide support for an account-based Integrated Facility Management (IFM) team. The position will be integral in the management of the operational data that spans across our facility management teams operating systems required for the day-to-day delivery of our services.
The Operations Delivery Manager will work with the account’s Operations Director to develop a more consistent and efficient operational model for the accounts Facilities Management Operations teams. Additionally, the role will partner with the account’s Engineering Director to implement new or update existing processes and procedures executed in the field by our facility management team. The primary focus of this role will be around data refinement and management within our Work Order management system to include asset information, preventative/routine maintenance scheduling data, and procedure updating/development.
Essential Functions
Review existing Preventive Maintenance and Recurring Maintenance schedules within the team’s asset and work order system to ensure proper intervals and asset assignment. Work with the facility management team to adjust schedules so work orders are released in the most efficient manner possible.Analyze current setup of the team’s asset and work order system regarding how it is used by the Technicians and Chief Engineers to develop streamlined work management routines.Review and maintain asset database within the team’s asset and work order system tool and improve processes around initial accuracy, ongoing data gathering, and ongoing maintenance. Provide support for data clean-up efforts required both within the systems and through our facility management team in the field which may require field audits and information transfer from the asset and work order system to a central database.Work with account EHS Manager to develop and implement routines for Chief Engineers and Technicians to ensure compliance-based maintenances are performed timely and all documentation is provided.Perform time studies on recurring and preventive maintenance activities. Work with the Capital Asset Renewal (CAR) team to update and develop procedures.Work with the Capital Asset Renewal (CAR) team to receive data and import into Corrigo. This data will be used to create Preventative Maintenance and Recurring Maintenance schedules for Chief Engineers and Technicians.Work with the Capital Asset Renewal (CAR) team to gather data from ProSite for integration into Corrigo. After integration into the Asset Builder, schedules need to be added/suspended/updated based on the current assets at each site.Support for our team’s operational systems and tools used by the account’s facility management team which include but are not limited to Corrigo, IntelliCommand, Operations Risk Register, Telecom Site Tiering Tracker, Field Guide Processes, Arc Flash Program, and JLL Client Assurance Program (JCAP)Travel will be limited to domestic travel within the client account’s portfolio and will be performed on an as needed basis. This role will be leveraged to assist with Asset Data Collection on any new or transitioned facilities which will require travel to the various sites.Ability to cross functionally work with technical Engineers’ personnel to drive efficiencies in operational processes and proceduresCompetencies and Experience
1-2 years of experience in Facilities Management OperationsFamiliarity with building system operations, standard operating procedures and industry standards with the management of MEP systemsExperience using CMMS systems and reporting (direct experience in Corrigo a plus)Strong Excel skillsExperience with data base management a plusExperience developing practices and proceduresExcellent communication skillsAbility to work with Facility Management (FM) team on account to resolve challenges and issuesAbility to effectively communicate engineering directives / initiatives to an operations teamDrive for results and innovationLocation:
