Operations Data Analyst Astronics Subsidiary Location Description Astronics-PECO designs, certifies, manufactures, and sells a wide range of products to commercial, government, and military markets throughout the world. PECO-Controls are well established temperature control devices designed for applications where high quality is a must, such as the hospitality industry, commercial cooking, and other critical applications. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Operations Data Analyst** with experience in manufacturing processes and data analytics to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing production data, optimizing processes, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. **Primary Duties & Responsibilities:** + Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to supply chain, manufacturing processes, production output, and operational efficiency. + Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. + Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics. + Use SQL to extract, cleanse, and manipulate large datasets from various sources. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. + Monitor and report on process performance, identifying trends and patterns. + Support the development and implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. + Provide training and support to team members on data analytics tools and methodologies. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics and manufacturing processes. **Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports. + Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. + Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. + Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively. + Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + High level of integrity and commitment to quality. + Continuous improvement mindset. + Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling is a plus. + Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES) is an advantage. **Employment Eligibility Requirements:** Must be a US Person (under ITAR rules) to be eligible.
