Key Responsibilities: · Point of contact for all office admins and staff; · This is a night shift and all candidates will need to commit to working on the proposed night shifts on offer· Day-to-Day Teacher Support: o Act as the point of contact for night-shift teams.o Track teacher absence and incidentso Assist with handling teacher emergencies.o Attend to calls and queries from the teacher support lines.o Respond to teacher queries and requests via team chats, cases, and/or emails.o Attend and host monthly admin team meetings as required.o Teacher schedule management due to emergencies, sickness, lateness, etc.o Escalate specific cases to relevant teams for queries relating to payment, contracts, class scheduling etc. · Teacher Administration: o Assist with teacher performance reviews as required.o Review teacher performance stats and take appropriate action to improve center performance.o Collaborate with support teams: Recruitment, Academics and Training, Scheduling, Payroll, and Tech team.o Help implement the rollout of new products, services, platforms, and training.o Participate in teacher support and engagement initiatives as required. · Ongoing Training: Participate in new or ongoing refresher training relating to operations, late-sub-out teacher support, platform updates, policies, and procedures. · Disciplinary Support: o Draft and issue Incident Report Forms (IRFs) weekly using data and statistics. o Ensure teachers are familiar with the content of the EF Policies and Procedures documents.o Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in disciplinary support and policies and procedures. Qualifications/Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, or related field· 2+ years of experience in operations or administrative support · Proven experience as a team leader· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.· All candidates will be required to do a task as part of the acceptance requirements.
