As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our terminal. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining exceptional relationships with stakeholders, overseeing daily tasks, optimizing service quality, and fostering a collaborative environment for sustained growth.

Provide high-level customer serviceDriver supportPickup carrier managementPickup report managementCoordinate with the dock supervisor and provide support for a successful daily dock launchOpen Job Report ManagementPickup dispatch managementAssign B2B / B2C Manually build jobs when neededProvide ETAs when requestedAd-hoc delivery/pickup coverageAttend weekly operations meetingTracking/TracingInput rate adjustments

What You’ll Need

Great communication skills and ability to think on your feetDemonstrable skills in customer support and satisfactionAbility to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts and technologyIntermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong written and oral communication skillsExceptional problem solving and analytical skillsComfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting prioritiesAbility to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize daily tasksThe expected salary range for this role is $22-26/hour. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
