Operations Coordinator
Operations Specialist - Freight Company + The Operations Specialist will support clients across various industries including Automotive, Energy, Healthcare, and Retail. + The primary duties include executing tasks such as creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, invoicing, updating financials, handling carrier payments, rejecting and canceling orders, updating and resolving events, booking and bouncing loads, and managing load builder profiles. + The specialist will monitor task boards and email accounts, document events, follow through on requests, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure data accuracy in systems. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on team and country-specific requirements. Hard Skills + High school diploma or GED; 4-year college degree highly preferred + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems + Experience in call center customer service or transportation/logistics (minimum two years) Soft Skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Communication skills + Prioritization and time management + Attention to detail + Commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona. Work Environment The hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Training includes a 1.5-week onboarding followed by 1-2 days of shadowing, potentially requiring travel to different offices. The environment is fast-paced, and daily tasks must be completed by the end of business each day.
