Job Title: Operations Control Agent

Summary: As a valued member of the PrimeFlight Aviation team, you will be responsible for:

Load planning/weight and balance of aircraft Radio communication between below wing and above wing agents Radio communication with all aircraft and gate assignments for all aircraft and daily filing away of paperwork for flights Abide by all airport and SIDA rules and regulations in challenging suspicious individuals and those not wearing an unescorted SIDA Identification badge Report all suspicious individuals and articles immediately Exceed PrimeFlight customer service standards Carry out other duties as assigned

General Qualifications:

18 years of age Have ability to demonstrate daily a fitness for duty without any impairment due to illegal drugs, sleep deprivation, medication, or alcohol – subject to DOT pre-hire and random drug testing programs. Reliable transportation Eligible to work in the United States

 

Compensation

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Basic Mathematic abilities required.

Computer Skills:

Basic Computer skills required.

Certificates and Licenses:

No certifications needed – must pass certain carrier-delivered training & certifications for position.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
