About the role

Key Responsibilities

•   Answer incoming calls and respond to producers & customer’s emails; handle their inquiries both telephonically and by email

•   Follow up producers & customer calls where necessary, route calls to appropriate resources

•   Informs producers & clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information

•   Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures

•   Research, identify, and resolve producer & customer queries/complaints using applicable software; escalate priority issues

•   Document call information according to standard operating procedures

•   Perform related back-office tasks within SLAs and support system UATs where applicable

Profile

•  Possess a Bachelor’s degree is a plus

•  Some relevant professional experience in a customer service environment would be considered as an asset

•  Proficient in relevant computer applications

•  Advanced verbal and written communication & listening skills

•  Ability to communicate effectively in English

•  Ability to analyze problems and proceed with problem solving

•  Organizational skills and attention to detail

•  Team player
