Project Business continues to be a critical cornerstone for our company – with thousands of customer projects every year in different size and complexity. At CF A PEX, we are seeking an Operations Expert/Catalyst to support the innovation and transformation of our project management frameworks. In this role, you will help shape the future of project management within Siemens, ensuring our projects stay at the forefront of industry standards and technological advancements. You will be part of a diverse team providing guidance, qualification programs, certifications, and state of the art tools for project teams in Siemens all around the world.

What part will you play? 

Operational Responsibility: Take ownership of key operational processes within the CF A PEX team, including managing the purchase process and leading the budget and forecasting cycle. Drive initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.Communication and Collaboration: Maintain collaboration platforms (Viva Engage, MS Teams, CF A PEX mailbox) and administrate digital tools in CF A PEX. Respond to queries, redirect to experts as needed. Create and maintain engaging content for internal and external stakeholders.Meeting and Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitation of internal and external meetings, such as Project Business Excellence Board or working group meetings. Support the planning and execution of international events like the Global Project Business ConferenceTraining and Qualification: Keep our learning channels (MyLearningWorld, MySkills) updated, contribute to the management of our PM@Siemens alumni engagement, and scheduling for new learning resources.Certification Management: Update job descriptions, support the operational certification process, issue PM@Siemens certificates, and maintain the assessor database.Guidelines and Documentation: Facilitate in updating and maintaining the PM@Siemens guide and "how-to" guides to support best practices across the organization.Data and Performance Analysis: Collect and analyze data for the PBE Dashboard, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.


What you need to make real what matters.

·     Minimum 2-3 years of experience in roles such as project coordination, operations, controlling, administration, or communication.

·     A completed education (apprenticeship) in business administration, communication, project management, or a related field.

·     Ability to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and a well-organized approach.

·     Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

·     Strong organizational skills with a passion for planning and coordinating meetings and events.

·     Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working with a diverse, international team.

·     Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and quick to learn new digital tools.

·     A proactive, adaptable, and supportive team player who is results-driven and empathetic.

·     Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.

·     Eagerness to learn and grow, with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
