If so, let's start the conversation. **About the Role** : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Operations and Solution Liaison Specialist** to bridge the gap between the technical solution architects and the operational teams. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, operational expertise, and strong communication skills to ensure the seamless implementation of solutions that meet both business and operational needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, mapping processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the effective communication between teams to drive operational efficiency and project success. **Key Responsibilities:** **Requirement Gathering and Risk Analysis** : + Collaborate with solution architects to understand the technical needs of the project and design suitable solutions. + Gather inputs from the operations team to assess existing processes, identify risks, and understand pain points that could affect the success of proposed solutions. **Process Mapping and Documentation** : + Convert technical solutions into actionable, clear, and effective workflows for the operations team. + Document processes, workflows, and solution-related procedures to ensure clarity and ease of adoption for operations teams. **Gap Analysis** : + Identify discrepancies and gaps between current operational capabilities and the proposed technical solutions. + Provide actionable recommendations to improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business goals. **Communication and Coordination** : + Act as the primary liaison between solution architects and operational teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of requirements. + Manage and handle escalations related to operational challenges, providing quick and effective resolutions. **Workflow Optimization** : + Lead initiatives to optimize scanning, indexing, and digitization processes within the operational workflows. + Suggest and implement automation techniques to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and increase productivity. **Quality Assurance and Compliance** : + Ensure that all proposed solutions meet high-quality standards and comply with industry regulations and best practices. + Support the operations teams in achieving scalable solutions and meeting defined quality metrics. **Training and Support** : + Develop and deliver training programs to educate operations teams on new tools, technologies, and processes related to project solutions. + Provide post-deployment support to address operational queries and ensure smooth adoption of new solutions and tools. **Feedback Loop** : + Establish a feedback loop from the operations team to the solution architects, ensuring that feedback is clearly communicated and used to refine or enhance the solutions. **Challenges** : + Effectively bridge the knowledge gap between technical and operational teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment on project goals. + Drive the smooth adoption of new solutions, addressing any barriers related to change management. + Balance cost-efficiency, quality, and timeline requirements while optimizing operational workflows. **Qualifications:** + **Experience** : + 5+ years of experience in operations and solution management, preferably in a similar liaison or technical support role. + **Skills** : + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical teams. + Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. + Deep understanding of operational processes and experience with process optimization techniques. + Ability to work with technical architects to translate complex solutions into actionable workflows for non-technical teams. + **Technical Expertise** : + Proficient in analyzing technical solutions, identifying gaps, and providing practical operational improvements. + Knowledge of automation tools and techniques, particularly related to document management, scanning, and digitization. + **Problem-Solving** : + A strong analytical mindset with the ability to tackle complex challenges and provide innovative solutions. + **Education** : + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). **Why Join Us?** This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking team where your contributions will directly influence both operational performance and the success of our solutions.
