We are looking for a talented individual… 

To join the Canada Central Operations team as an Operations Analyst. In this role, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including DMAIC, standardization, organization, data analysis and cleanup, automation, reporting, process documentation, best practice sharing, and presentations to enhance regional efficiency. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects and programs by adhering to established guidelines. Your responsibilities will include data management, reporting, team coordination, and process improvement, with support ranging from individual projects to entire functions or the organization as a whole. Projects may support initiatives such as inventory management, performance management and remediation, customer satisfaction reporting and tracking. Special project may vary widely depending on business needs.

The successful candidate will be able to commute to the Toronto office once per week.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… 

2–4 years of experience in an Analyst role. 

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, or Engineering (preferred). 

Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (required). 

PMP certification is an asset. 

Strong skills in adaptability, motivation, effective communication, active listening, transparency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others. 

Targeted Compensation: 

$26-$31 per hour
