POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Analyst to join our Global Delivery Operations (GDO) team. This role will have the ability to be involved in all facets of MRI’s Global Delivery organization, from system administration and process development to data visualization and client invoicing. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, effective collaboration, commitment to high data quality, and the capacity to convert complex enhancement requests into actionable tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with other members of the GDO team to support the development and delivery of key initiatives in service of the broader Global Delivery organization.
Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of Global Services’ systems such as OpenAir and Salesforce.
Act as a bridge between the technical teams that develop and maintain applications and the business stakeholders who rely on them, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Oversee Professional Services invoicing to ensure completeness and timeliness.
Analyze operational and financial data.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements for process and system improvements, determine enhancement prioritization, and ensure effective change management.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of user and procedural documentation and training.
Assume responsibility for the integrity, usability, and standardization of data. With a focus on maintaining data hygiene through continuous data audits, mass data updates, and formatting user interfaces to reduce errors.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
3+ year experience within a related field.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced Excel experience – Power Query knowledge is an asset.
Capable of handling large complex datasets.
Familiar with basic accounting principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address potential roadblocks during change processes.
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
Can work effectively in cross functional teams.
Responsive to the needs of our customers.
Self-motivated and energetic.
Capable multi-tasking.
Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
Additional desired skills include:
Administrator knowledge of Oracle OpenAir is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Smartsheet and Power BI is an asset.
