Operations Analyst

We have an opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join Honeywell Connected Enterprise EMEA Software Hub in Dublin, the primary focus is to execute and manage HCE’s order processing and distribution operations.

 

The EMEA Software Hub is focused on delivering new capabilities and features into the Honeywell Forge product portfolio through research into advanced technologies in the areas of Internet of Things, Scalability, Resiliency and Self-Healing, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence and executing these into industry grade services and products that will be deployed globally into the mission critical areas of some of the world’s biggest brands.

Key Responsibilities include:

·       Execute the business processes for sales order processing and distribution to help support with export compliance and audit requirements.

·       Manage operational SLAs and coordinate with functional managers to deliver on business commitments on a regular basis

·       Execute the strategy to move order management operations to a software first model supporting both SaaS and legacy distribution models.

·       Support Optimisation of profitability from license revenue through cost reductions and transfer pricing.

·       Work with a team of manager/supervisors responsible for all aspects of HCE’s order management activity for license and services business.

·       Ensure adherence to all compliance guidelines/requirements and internal policies and procedures including revenue recognition and Trade Compliance and supports internal and external audits

·       Build, maintain and manage relationships with partners and other external organizations focused on day to day order management, improvement of overall order management systems, processes and quality

·       Build and maintain relationship and work closely with business partners such as Engineering, Sales, Sales Ops, Partner Ops, Finance & IT Support

·       Support implementation and execution of global standards for all Order Management processes that support industry best practices, policy and procedures, current and future M&A activity and Corporate/regional objectives

·       Drive the prioritization, execution, delivery of new applications, system enhancements and technology implementation in cooperation with the IT initiatives.

 

 


Key skills and qualification

·       4+ years of experience within Operations IT

·       Bachelor’s Degree in IT related courses

·       Proven experience in executing business processes related to sales order processing and distribution.

·       Strong understanding of operational SLAs and ability to manage them effectively
